Terrible pay for the work yous get, constant policy and process changes that brand everything harder for customers and agents. Management micromanages in the most extreme manner possible, even working from dwelling it feels similar they are animate down your neck. Management is toxic, manipulative and volition constantly gaslight y'all. Many agents have to become on leave considering of the way they are treated. Upper management has no regards for agents. They are slave drivers. Expert agents quit and are fired while agents that slack off and do nothing get promoted because they suck up and sleep with managers. The complaints department had been basically turned into customer service. We were non given plenty time to even exercise the job we are hired for and punished, but the reality is we can't do our job because of direction delegating their work onto us and assigning more and more roles.
